Loved the coat rack but the red baskets were horrible!, July 7, 2010

The coat rack is great because it has multiple places to hang many items. Easy to put together and good quality. The only problem was that the baskets were painted red and looked horrible. Tried spraying them but they started to peel.

This warranty is applicable only under conditions of normal use. The warranty does not cover defects caused by improper assembly or dis-assembly, defects occurring after purchase due to; product modification, intentional damage, accident, misuse, abuse or negligence, cosmetic damage, labor or assembly costs. On damaged goods, Southern Enterprises will replace the item 100%. A 15% restocking fee applies.
